From private to corporate catering, Jo Robson's experience and expertise offers beautifully prepared meals for all occasions, budgets and requirements.
Jo’s gained invaluable experience at one of the gastronomic centres of the world, Le Cordon Bleu in London, prior to travelling Europe with the band ‘Simply Red’ as their in-house caterer.
Upon return to Australia Jo worked in the corporate world, developing recipes and catering for some of Sydney’s ‘A-list’.
Having her feet firmly planted in country NSW, Jo returned to the bush to continue her business and expand into product development.
Many of my clients asked if they could purchase the sauces and dressing that I used in the meals that I prepared. It was this demand that resulted in the launch of the products.
The range comprises a number of dressings, such as Caramelised Capsicum, Caramelised Onion & Poppyseed and Asian Dressing; Wasabi Mayonnaise and Lemon, Lime & Ginger Mayonnaise; and for the sweet tooth, Sticky Toffee Sauce.
The range is constantly evolving and with three children I’m also determined to maintain a natural product. I therefore don’t use preservatives, gums or emulsifiers in my products.
