Jo gained invaluable experience at one of the gastronomic centres of the world, Leith’s School of Food & Wine in London. She stayed in London for three years catering for boardroom lunches, private catering and weddings.
Upon returning to the NSW Central West in 2008 Jo has been producing events for a myriad special occasions, from weddings to birthdays, and corporate events.
Jo Robson food essentials
Many of my clients asked if they could purchase the sauces and dressings that I use in the meals that I prepared.
The range comprises a number of dressings, such as Caramelised Capsicum, Caramelised Onion & Poppyseed and Asian Dressing; Wasabi Mayonnaise and Lemon, Lime & Ginger Mayonnaise; and for the sweet tooth, Sticky Toffee Sauce & Chocolate Fudge Sauce.
These dressings and sauces are available at select stores in the NSW Central West, and I regularly visit local Farmers' Markets.
